Returns & Exchanges

 

RETURNS PROCEDURE

We hope that you are happy with your order, however, if you are not completely satisfied you may return your purchased within 14 days of delivery.

You must obtain a Returns Authorisation code (RA code) by emailing hello@manelondon.com.  We will give you a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving of your items.

Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded.

Your items should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your item/s. Returns outside of this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of MANÉ and may only be refunded as a store credit.

Returns within the UK are free  - we will provide you with shipping information upon request of your Returns Authorisation code.

Returns outside of the UK

We require that you send your order back to us by recorded delivery, so that they are protected and insured during transit. Our address for all returns is MANÉ, 47 Heston Avenue, London, TW5 9EU and we request that you contact us at hello@manelondon.com in relation to such returns. Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not returned via a method where the package is not signed for as we will not accept responsibility for any parcels lost in transit. International customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside of the UK.

 

RETURNS DUE TO NON-AVAILABILITY/REFUSAL ON DELIVERY

Orders that have shipped and are returned to due to non-availability/refusal on delivery will have the return fee and additional charges deducted from their refund. Please note that the return fee is variable and often much higher than the fee’s charged at check out.  MANÉ is not liable for return charges, sales tax, custom duties or any other additional fees that may occur.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Items should be returned new, unused (re-saleable), and with all MANÉ tags still attached.

Returns

For all un-damaged, correctly returned items, payments will be credited to the original credit card used for purchase.  

Any goods deemed non-refundable will be returned you. You will be charged for any additional cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

Gift cards - We do not offer refunds on our gift cards.

Exchange

Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit or a refund and purchase the new piece separately. Please email us at hello@manelondon.com.

If you have requested an exchange, we will only be able to ship your exchanged goods once we have received the returned items. You will be charged for any additional cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

Disclaimer

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, some loss of beads may occur. A selection of spare beads is provided for repairs.

Faulty Goods

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
 Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

DISTANCE SELLING

Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSR) you are entitled to cancel your order for any items purchased from MANÉ for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the items. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or those that have been unsealed/spoiled/are not fit for resale. Order cancellations made under the Regulations must be made in writing, quoting your name, address and order number, within 14 days of delivery of your items by email to hello@manelondon.com, or by post to the registered office of MANÉ:
 Notice of Contract Cancellation, 47 Heston Avenue, London, TW5 9EU. Upon receipt of your notice to cancel the contract, MANÉ will send you a Return Authorisation code (RA code). This code must be input on the Returns From, and this form must be included in with the returned items.
 Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the address as detailed on the returns form, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us; we therefore recommend that you send via a secure delivery method and retain proof of postage. You will be liable for the cost of returned items and the shipment costs will be refunded to you upon processing receipt of the returned items.
 This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
